Aryanagar

A Team Management Simulation

A multiplayer leadership experience about communication, competing priorities, and team decision-making under pressure.

Overview

Step into the royal council of Aryanagar, an ancient kingdom facing five lunar months of escalating crisis. Failed rains have weakened food security, public confidence is falling, the treasury is under pressure, and threats are emerging along the border.

In this multiplayer team simulation, each participant assumes one of six council roles: Monarch, General, Treasurer, Grain Minister, Diplomat, or High Priest. Every role receives public information as well as private, role-specific knowledge and priorities. To protect the kingdom, participants must bring their information into the room, challenge assumptions, negotiate trade-offs, and vote on the actions the council should take.

As the crisis unfolds, teams experience delayed consequences, hidden agendas, asymmetric information, and competing priorities. The strongest outcome does not come from one person having the right answer. It comes from whether the council can surface what it knows and make a high-quality decision together.

What participants experience

Open any item for the detail.

  • Five Crisis Decision Rounds

Each lunar month introduces new dilemmas, pressure, and consequences. Teams must respond without knowing exactly how every decision will unfold.

  • Six Distinct Council Roles

Each participant enters the discussion with a different responsibility, perspective, and set of information. No single role can see the whole picture.

  • Council Debate and Team Voting

Participants discuss the situation, question one another, advocate for priorities, and vote on the actions the kingdom should take.

  • Hidden Agendas and Asymmetric Information

Private objectives and incomplete information influence what participants choose to disclose, defend, or ignore.

  • Delayed and Interconnected Consequences

A decision that improves one metric today may weaken another later. Teams must balance immediate relief with long-term stability.

  • A Shared Outcome

The simulation tracks the condition of the kingdom across food security, treasury, military strength, public trust, diplomatic standing, and crown support.
