Build a Simulation Around Your Learning - Not the Other Way Around
You should not have to change your curriculum, workshop methodology, or learning objectives to fit an off-the-shelf simulation. Adeliesim helps faculty members, business schools, corporate L&D teams, consultancies, and independent educators transform their own concepts into immersive browser-based experiences.
AI-assisted development has made it possible to build faster and more affordably than traditional simulation development models. What remains unchanged is the part that matters most: clear learning design, credible decisions, meaningful consequences, and a debrief that helps facilitators turn experience into insight.
Simulations Should Deliver More Than Engagement
A simulation should be enjoyable, but entertainment is not the learning objective. Every decision, role, metric, and consequence should help participants practise something important and give the facilitator something meaningful to debrief.
Our custom simulations are designed to create three layers of value:
- 01An engaging participant experience that creates genuine involvement.
- 02A clear connection between gameplay and the intended learning objectives.
- 03Facilitator resources, analytics, and notes that make the post-simulation discussion more powerful.
Our ambition is to make high-quality simulations practical enough to become a standard part of business classrooms and corporate learning programmes.
Built with Educators and Learning Leaders
Adeliesim has grown through collaboration with faculty members and learning professionals associated with leading institutions. These collaborations help us combine subject expertise with simulation design and technology.

Why build with Adeliesim?
Designed Around Your Learning Objectives
Begin with the concept, behaviour, framework, or decision you want learners to practise. We build the experience around your learning design, so you do not need to rewrite your course or workshop around someone else’s simulation.
Publish Under Your Authorship
Choose to list the simulation on Adeliesim under your name or institution. Your authorship is clearly recognised, and you can earn a royalty each time another customer licenses the simulation.
White-Label for Your Organisation
Use the simulation under your own company, consultancy, institution, or programme brand. White-labelling allows you to create a differentiated learning asset for internal delivery or client engagements.
Retain Ownership of Your Intellectual Property
Your original content, teaching model, and underlying intellectual property remain yours. Commercial and usage rights will be documented clearly before development begins.
Build a Visible Body of Work
A published simulation is more than a one-time classroom activity. It becomes a tangible demonstration of your expertise, instructional innovation, and ability to translate ideas into a scalable learning product.
How we build a custom simulation
Six connected stages take an idea from its learning objective to a supported, facilitator-ready experience.
- 01
Discovery and Scoping
We clarify the audience, learning objectives, desired behaviours, delivery format, commercial model, and success criteria.
- 02
Experience and Learning Design
We translate the concept into roles, decisions, information flows, rules, feedback, metrics, consequences, and a debrief structure.
- 03
Prototype and Content Review
We build an early playable version so the core mechanics and learning logic can be tested before full production.
- 04
Development and Integration
We create the complete browser-based simulation, participant interface, facilitator controls, data capture, and any agreed integrations.
- 05
Testing and Refinement
We run structured testing, review learner behaviour and edge cases, and refine the experience based on feedback.
- 06
Launch and Facilitator Enablement
We deploy the final simulation, provide facilitator resources and onboarding, and support the first delivery.
Ways to work with us
For Business Schools and Faculty
Build a classroom simulation around a course concept, case, research model, or teaching framework. Use it in your own classes, publish it under your authorship, or make it available to other institutions.
For Corporate L&D Teams
Create a simulation around your leadership framework, organisational values, capability model, or a business challenge your managers regularly face.
For Training Companies and Consultants
White-label a differentiated simulation that strengthens your programme, improves participant engagement, and gives your facilitators a repeatable learning asset.
For Independent Subject-Matter Experts
Turn your expertise into a scalable product that can be delivered beyond one workshop or cohort.
Tell Us What You Want Learners to Experience
You do not need a finished storyline or detailed design. A concept, learning objective, case, or recurring workshop challenge is enough to begin.
Custom simulation FAQs
How much does a custom simulation cost?
Every custom simulation is priced according to scope. The cost depends on factors such as the number of participant roles, decision rounds, business rules, content complexity, analytics, facilitator controls, integrations, and visual design. During discovery, we will recommend an approach that reflects both your learning objectives and your budget.
How long does it take to launch a custom simulation?
Most custom simulations can be launched within 4-7 weeks. The final timeline depends on the maturity of the concept, the amount of content already available, the complexity of the mechanics, any required integrations, and the speed of feedback and approvals during development.
Who owns the intellectual property?
Your original content, learning model, and intellectual property remain yours. The final agreement will clearly define ownership, hosting, licensing, and any reusable platform components before development begins.
Can we earn revenue from the simulation?
Yes. A company, business school, faculty member, or independent expert can choose to list the simulation on Adeliesim. When another customer licenses it, the author can earn a royalty under the agreed commercial arrangement. The published simulation also becomes a visible professional asset that demonstrates your subject expertise and instructional innovation.
What if we do not have a fully formed concept?
That is completely fine. Many projects begin with a learning objective, or a workshop activity that needs to become more experiential. We help shape the idea into a clear storyline, roles, decisions, rules, consequences, and assessment or debrief structure.
How many learners can participate?
The experience can be designed for an individual learner, small teams, multiple classroom groups, or large-scale organisational delivery. The final capacity depends on the chosen format and technical requirements, and can be designed to support cohorts ranging from a few participants to thousands of concurrent users.
Can we preview your simulations before starting?
Yes. During the discovery process, we can show you relevant Adeliesim simulations so you can understand the participant experience, facilitator flow, data outputs, and range of mechanics available.
What is included in a custom simulation project?
The exact deliverables depend on the agreed scope, but a typical project includes the complete browser-based participant experience, facilitator controls, participant instructions, a facilitator guide, debrief resources, standard onboarding, hosting, user access management, and launch support. Any custom analytics, integrations, localisation, or advanced reporting will be documented separately.
Can the simulation be white-labelled?
Yes. The participant experience can be branded for your organisation, institution, consultancy, or programme. The level of white-labelling will be agreed during scoping.
Can we update the simulation later?
Yes. Content, decisions, scenarios, visual elements, and analytics can be updated after launch. Ongoing maintenance or enhancement arrangements can be agreed based on the expected frequency and scope of changes.
