Making Experiential Learning More Accessible
Adeliesim began in 2025 when co-founders Vinayak Ramavath and Eshan Tripathi experienced the power of simulation-based learning during their PGP at the Indian School of Business.
They saw how a well-designed simulation could move a classroom beyond discussion and place learners inside the decision. Participants were no longer only analysing what someone else had done. They had to interpret information, make trade-offs, work with others, and take responsibility for the outcome.
They also recognised a gap. High-quality simulations were unavailable for many important management concepts, while strong simulations in other areas were often too expensive for regular use. The result was that simulations remained occasional experiences, or rather absent, at most learning institutions.
Adeliesim was created to change that.
The founders began by building with faculty members at ISB and later expanded their collaborations to educators connected with IIMs and INSEAD, as well as corporate L&D leaders looking for more immersive alternatives to traditional workshops.
Today, Adeliesim combines instructional design, subject expertise, and AI-assisted development to build simulations faster and more affordably. The goal remains simple: make simulation-based learning a standard part of every business classroom and corporate learning programme.

Being IIT-ISB graduate, Eshan brings experience across education, programme leadership, analytics, and business operations. His work focuses on identifying meaningful learning problems, shaping simulation concepts, building partnerships with educators and L&D leaders, and ensuring that every experience connects clearly to a practical learning outcome.

Being NIT-ISB graduate, Vinayak leads the technology and product development behind Adeliesim. He translates simulation designs into intuitive browser-based experiences and builds the systems required for participant access, facilitator delivery, analytics, scalability, and reliable deployment.
